The extended holiday season for many gives the opportunity to research available properties online and to drive around certain areas to get a real feel for the neighbourhood.

They look at individual estate agents’ website to see the types of properties they sell and the areas they cover. Registering interest with those agents most likely to deal with their preferred choices increases the chances of early contact about desirable properties.
