Emma Mennell

Chartered Legal Executive

Emma Mennell is a very experienced Chartered Legal Executive whose clients really appreciate her personable and highly organised approach and her ability to cut to the chase and explain issues in a very clear and straightforward way.

Emma advises on a range of property issues including residential property and rural land and property transactions.

Emma is from a farming background and is also heavily involved in the equestrian world.

Emma gained her Chartered Legal Executive status following successful completion of a qualifying law degree and the Legal Practice Certificate. Emma has specialised in property law since 2016 and joins Harrowells from another North Yorkshire law firm operating in the York and Ryedale areas.

Emma Mennell is supervised by the Head of Property, Stephen Proctor.
