Commercial and Agricultural Property Fee Earner

We have an unique opportunity to join the Harrowells team and play an important role in supporting both our Commercial and Agricultural Property teams.

You will manage your own varied caseload of property matters having  full autonomy for a caseload that will include:

• Commercial Leases - Landlord and Tenant
• Development - Purchases and Sales
• Secured Lending
• Licences
• Sale and Purchase of agricultural property and land
• Commercial Agreements
• Planning and Development opportunities
• Land/Trading disputes

Our strong relationships with local agents  will also mean that there are ample opportunities for you to network and grow referrals for our team if this is something that you are interested in. 

We would love to hear from you if you have a solid background in Commercial and Agricultural Property work, enjoy working with a varied and interesting caseload and want to work in a friendly and  supportive team.

Ideally this role will be based at our Clifton Moor office but happy to be flexible on this and offer hybrid working.  We know a work life balance is very important so we are more than happy to be flexible over working hours if this is needed.

What we are looking for:

We need someone who will fit in well with our existing team and develop a great relationship with our clients. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A good range of solid Property  experience in both Commercial and Agricultural – ideally 3+ years
• A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice
• The ability to develop a good rapport with clients
• Superb levels of client care
• Some experience in successful Business Development and Marketing initiatives
